My name is Rungrapee Feucht (Rung for short). I grew up in Suphanburi, Thailand. As a child, I grew up deeply absorbed in an educational family. My mom started and ran a small Kindergarten in the village while my dad took care and teaching Bible for people at the church. I was interested in Early Childhood Education and chose to study in this major in Thailand. After I attained my degree in Early Childhood Education, I assisted my mom with the operation of a Montessori Kindergarten for five years.

Three years ago, I started working in North Vancouver, Canada as a Preschool teacher (outdoor-based learning) in which children were surrounded by forest, streams, and ocean -- a haven of knowledge that I haven’t seen anywhere else. I thought at the time – how lucky are these children to attend school in a place such as this! I fell in love with this learning style which allows the children to go into the forest or walk to the ocean and have fun with nature. I began having dreams about one day having my own school with nature as a surrounding. So I’ve started to study more for certificate of Independent Setting – Lead Designation Programming at “Child and Nature Alliance of Canada”.

A year ago, I moved to Washington USA to live with my husband. I started to work at one forest school in Arlington, WA. As of now, Winter is almost gone, and Spring is coming. I’m so excited to start my own Nature Preschool and use all my experiences and knowledges to grow the kids in this area as a seed and grow them to Mighty Tree through Christian worldview.
